Every medical journey begins with the courage to learnโbut no one should have to walk it alone.
Project Sikhay is the Sinag Medisina Student Council's Core Academic Support Program, dedicated to fostering a unified student support ecosystem that stands beside every medical student throughout every milestone of their academic journey.
From student wellness during major examinations through Sikhay Sigla to Physician Licensure Examination support through Sikhay Alalay, this is only the beginning of a lifelong culture of support built by medical students, for our medical studentsโone whose impact transcends our halls and reaches the communities we are called to serve.
Magsikhay. Magtagumpay. Maglingkod. Because when we support one another, we don't just get through medicineโwe grow together.

On July 3, 2026, the Sinag Medisina Student Council officially ushered in a new chapter of leadership with the formal Oath-Taking of Officers for Academic Year 2026-2027 held via Zoom. Marking the official commencement of their duties, the incoming leaders took their solemn oaths to serve the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) School of Medicine student body with integrity, dedication, and a deep sense of responsibility.
During the ceremony, the newly inaugurated council presented its comprehensive strategic blueprint for the term, anchored on three core pillars: EVOLVE systems that grow with student needs, ENGAGE every voice through inclusive participation, and EMPOWER sustainable student-led initiatives and shared support. By focusing on institutional continuity, open lines of communication across grassroots networks, and solid student welfare mechanisms, the council aims to foster a transparent, accountable, and highly collaborative governance.
