[ANNOUNCEMENT - For widest dissemination]
COLLEGE & SHS APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION PROCESS STARTING APRIL 28, 2025 - MAY 10, 2025.
1. Before the graduation application, you have to make sure that you have completed all the requirements and grades of the subjects you have taken. To do this, open your WELA Student's Portal and check your grades and for SHS please contact your respective adviser accordingly.
2. Bring a Long White folder and Binder Clip to cover your APPGRAD form.
3. Pay the APPGRAD Fee ( P 100 ) to the Cashier's Office.
4. Present the receipt to the Registrar's Office (Window 7) and wait for your name to be called.
5. The staff will print your APPGRAD Form ONLY if your evaluation form has completed all the grades- for the whole course. Otherwise, the Registrar's staff will not print the said form.
6. Make sure you completed all necessary information (signatories & required personal information) before you submit it to the registrar's office. Otherwise, the registrar will not accept your APPGRAD Form.
*Failed to submit for the given time schedule will not be included in the GRADUATION PROGRAM.

Please follow the steps below to see your grades.
1. Download & Install the App from Google Play Store / App Store, Just search Aces Tagum College, Inc.
2. Open the App and Select College
3. Log in your Registered Wela Number
4. Enter the 4 digit code from your SMS
5. Click Grades icon
6. Select SY 2023-2024 and 2nd Semester

COLLEGE APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION PROCESS STARTING JUNE 17, 2022 - JUNE 28, 2022
1. Before the graduation application, you have to make sure that you have completed all the requirements including all of the subjects you have taken. To do this, please contact your respective instructors accordingly. Also, you have to make sure that your accounts or any obligations are cleared in order not to hamper your transactions.
2. Bring a long white or colored folder and paper clip to cover your APPGRAD form.
3. Pay the APPGRAD Fee to the Cashier's Office.
4. Present the receipt to the Registrar's Office (Window 7) and wait for your name to be called.
5. The staff will print your APPGRAD Form ONLY if your evaluation form has completed all the grades- for the whole course. Otherwise, the Registrar's staff will not print the said form.
6. Make sure you completed all necessary information (signatories & required personal information) before you submit it to the registrar's office. Otherwise, the registrar will not accept your APPGRAD Form. Failed to submit for the given time schedule will not be included in the GRADUATION PROGRAM.
