The orientation will focus on:

In light of the recent earthquake and ongoing aftershocks, and as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our entire community, please be advised of the following adjustments to our academic schedule and campus access:

1. 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬

All classes, for all levels, will shift to Synchronous Online Modality starting Wednesday, October 15, 2025, until Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Students are required to attend classes online at the scheduled time.

2. 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

To assist Tertiary (College) students in preparing for the upcoming Final Examinations, the campus will be accessible for essential administrative transactions only, under strict guidelines:

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭: Access is strictly limited to matters concerning documents, payments, and clearance only.

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Students must complete their transaction and leave the campus immediately upon completion. Loitering or staying on campus for study or recreational purposes is strictly prohibited.

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚: Students are only permitted to stay on the Ground Floor of the designated building(s). Access to upper floors or other campus areas is temporarily restricted.

𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: A limited number of students will be allowed to enter the campus at any given time to comply with safety protocols. Security personnel will manage and monitor the flow of entry.

We urge everyone to prioritize safety and remain vigilant during this period.
