In light of the recent earthquake and ongoing aftershocks, and as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our entire community, please be advised of the following adjustments to our academic schedule and campus access:

1. ๐’๐ก๐ข๐Ÿ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐’๐ฒ๐ง๐œ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐Ž๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‚๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ

All classes, for all levels, will shift to Synchronous Online Modality starting Wednesday, October 15, 2025, until Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Students are required to attend classes online at the scheduled time.

2. ๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐“๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ

To assist Tertiary (College) students in preparing for the upcoming Final Examinations, the campus will be accessible for essential administrative transactions only, under strict guidelines:

๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ: Access is strictly limited to matters concerning documents, payments, and clearance only.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Students must complete their transaction and leave the campus immediately upon completion. Loitering or staying on campus for study or recreational purposes is strictly prohibited.

๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐€๐ซ๐ž๐š: Students are only permitted to stay on the Ground Floor of the designated building(s). Access to upper floors or other campus areas is temporarily restricted.

๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: A limited number of students will be allowed to enter the campus at any given time to comply with safety protocols. Security personnel will manage and monitor the flow of entry.
