You are requested to submit your documentary requirements and sign the liquidation reports until 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at Student Accounting Office.

Please bring the following requirements:
✅ Two photocopies of your validated Student ID (front and back), with 3 specimen signatures, email address and active contact number in an A4 size bond paper.
✅ Blue ballpen

Please be informed that the Student Accounting Office (SAO) will be closed on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲).

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: Opening of LANDBANK Account

(Please read and carefully understand each step of the instructions before proceeding with your application.)

All concerned students are advised to open a savings account with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) as part of the requirements for scholarship disbursement and other official transactions.

Please ensure that your account is successfully opened and fully activated. Once completed, secure a copy of your account details and follow Step #7 format for submission.

If you already have an existing LANDBANK account, you may proceed directly to Step #7 of the instructions.

Due to adjustments in internal processes, applications for the Honor Society and College Scholarship programs are no longer applicable. We will be the one to identify the qualified students and process the applicable tuition fee credits. An announcement (of qualified students) will be made as soon as the deliberation is done.

However, please be informed that despite the recent changes in the scholarship application for the Honor Society and College Scholarship, the deadline, January 12, 2026, will still take effect. Please make sure all your grades are complete on or before the deadline.

Priority will be given to students with complete grades.
