Reminiscing the paths towards success, 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐁. 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐉𝐫., a 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, delivered his speech as 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚 𝐂𝐮𝐦 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 for A.Y. 2024-2025, highlighting how he turned from nothing to something during the recognition day on August 19, 2025.

Despite having bad records from elementary to junior high school, Richard did not spend his remaining time stuck being the same person. Instead, with the help of God, he gained momentum to excel in academics during senior high school. That’s when he learned four important things in life: (1) The past does not define us, (2) Small improvement matters, (3) Life is not permanent, and (4) We are not always losers nor always winners.
