𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐬!

The Student Nurses’ Association (SNA) is the official student body representing all student nurses under the Department of Nursing. As an academic-based organization, the SNA is committed to upholding the welfare of nursing students while fostering leadership, unity, and excellence within the department. The organization serves as a platform to voice concerns, implement meaningful initiatives, and represent our department in various institutional affairs.

Hence, a new set of student leaders will be elected as a new school year begins. Interested applicants may file their candidacy for their desired position from June 5-10 2026, by completing the requirements on the Google Form (link below). Qualifications and other details are posted below. The election will be on June 16, 2026

To our Level 4 leaders who just graduated, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠! You were the ones who carried responsibilities quietly, guided your batchmates through stressful days, and kept things together even when everything felt overwhelming. You didn’t just hold positions, you served your group with heart, and that alone says so much about the kind of leaders you are.

As you move forward, don’t forget that real leadership doesn’t end with a title. Be the kind of leader who listens first before speaking, who stays calm when things get tough, and who chooses kindness even when it’s easier not to. You won’t always be in a position of authority, but life will always place you in moments where others will look up to you. When that happens, 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩, 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙮 that brought you this far.

To the future and next set of leaders, your time will come sooner than you think. When it does, don’t be afraid to step forward even when you feel unready. Leadership is not about being perfect from the start, but about being willing to learn, to serve, and to grow through every challenge.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Department warmly invites you to witness the 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, from 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 at 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝟴 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹, 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

It reflects the years of perseverance, sacrifices, sleepless nights, and unwavering determination that shaped the students throughout their journey in nursing school.

As future healthcare professionals receive their pins, they also embrace the promise to serve humanity with competence, empathy, and excellence. This ceremony stands as a reminder that nursing is not only a profession, but a lifelong calling centered on healing and compassionate care.

As part of their commitment to environmental preservation and sustainability, the fourth year students from different programs of 𝘛𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘮 𝘋𝘰𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘐𝘯𝘤., including the Nursing Department, successfully conducted a tree-planting activity on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in line with 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝟖𝟕𝟐𝟖, also known as the “𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘼𝙘𝙩.

The activity gathered graduating students who worked together in planting seedlings as a contribution to environmental conservation and reforestation efforts. Through this initiative, students were encouraged to take part in protecting nature while leaving a meaningful and lasting legacy before graduation.

The tree-planting activity aims to promote environmental awareness and instill a sense of responsibility among students by emphasizing the importance of caring for the environment for future generations. It also highlights how collective action, no matter how simple, can create a positive impact on the community and ecological sustainability. 🌍💚
