The Boy Scouts of the Philippines proudly sends its four official youth delegates to the International Scout Youth Forum (ISYF) 2026, taking place from June 26 to 28, 2026 in Hong Kong under the theme, “Scouting it Out: Driving Change through Volunteering.”

Representing the Philippines are:
- Carl Gabriel Garcia Leaño – Tarlac Council (CLR)
- Kyrth Justine Apostol Laitan – Quirino Council (NELR)
- Kyle Angelo Tumaliuan Diciano – Cagayan North–Tuguegarao City Council (NELR)
- Austine Barros Ceballo – Tagum City Council (EMR)

As they join fellow young leaders from across the Asia-Pacific Scout Region, may they proudly carry the voice of Filipino Scouts, foster meaningful collaboration, and demonstrate how service and leadership can create lasting impact.
