With the theme "๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐“๐จ๐๐š๐ฒ. ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐“๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ,โ€ the school strengthened safety measures for all learners, faculty, and staff. The activity aimed to equip the RMC community with proper knowledge and skills in responding to emergencies.

The morning orientation was conducted in 2 batches for junior and senior high school students. Batch 1 included Grades 7 to 9 and some Grade 11 sections, while Batch 2 covered the remaining Grade 11 and some Grade 12 sections. The speakers emphasized awareness, evacuation procedures, and proper communication during emergencies. School Principal Sir Julito A. Orio delivered the closing remarks in each session to emphasize readiness.

The afternoon orientation was held for Batch 3 of the remaining Grade 12 and Batch 4 College Department. The PNP speakers discussed proper response, awareness, and safety protocols during active attack incidents. They also demonstrated step-by-step actions students and personnel should take during threats. Sir Orio also gave closing remarks to both batches before the school-wide drill.

The school-wide drill was conducted from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. after the orientation. All students, faculty, and staff from JHS, SHS, and College participated in the simulation exercise. School Principal and other RMC personnel joined the drill to ensure full participation and proper response. The drill tested reaction time and coordination to ensure the schoolโ€™s contingency plan is effective.

Rizal Memorial Colleges Inc., Tagum Campus (RMC Tagum) has officially been granted renewal and authorization by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office XI for its existing academic programs in the tertiary education under the Government Permit: No. 038, Series of 2026. This allows RMC Tagum to continue operating for the first-year level, and recently, the second-year level education in the Academic Year (A.Y.) 2026โ€“2027.

Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BS Criminology)
