Discovered 2 new critical mfr spots tonight. Was poking around my left intercostals, and intuitively went over left ribcage just under inferior border of scapula, good circulation whoosh right after, and left shoulder now easier to elevate and protract :o

Then foudn another spot just left of T11/t12 ish, huge release even i didnt feel much, now right ribcage is elevating and whole ribcage floated posteriorly. Super cool. Ribcage also easier to rotate now esp towards the right. Look forward to seeing how i move tomorrow

Rolled out my legs 2 days ago, felt that it was needed. Good release, started sweating. Then poked into my abdominals which i also felt was needed.

interesting... found a proximal hamstring taut band R leg. Released it, and found my left hip post tilting on its own+L glute activation. Huh *scratches head

Aphaminozenon flos aquae a couple of weeks = improved trunk pressurization. Esp after the session w Shannon H. Lumbar vertebrea clicked into place, no longer shearing as much on sagittal plane. It did bring pelvis back to old apt, but im guessing i just need to keep working at getting it to ppt at a more organic pace while maintaining limbar integrity

Thanks to sam, im thinking abt that spot on R ribcage (RA/liver area) (i mean i know i tend to clench it, but this is a new con1text). Realized im actually activating r external oblique in order to try to post tilt left hip :/ still clenching that liver spot while walking bringing left leg into flexion, which isnt bad per se but its too dominant

Just found a new critical spot! Just from tissue appearance. 4-6" above R ankle, in front of tib ant right at tibia edge/ attachment. Sloghtly sore, but lots of junk. Ankle clicked and repositioned itslef, R ribcage elevated too :) must have hit that part of my shin badly a long time ago. Foot is everting better and 1st metatarsal also feels more balanced. Bilateral pendulum swings felt amazing esp on upper traps, have forgotten abt that sensation.. Could be coz of everything, including last nights urbi et ordi, and even the ala round day 1 which i had to drop this morning

Lots more time to work on myself these days :) am able to notice how my body moves more in relation to the FP blueprint and found some new critical mfr spots:
Lateral inferior foot, flexor digiti minimis abductor etc. Dense. Ive been noticing the shortened 1st metatarsal, inability to elongate before plantar flexion, plus sensation of it being rotated medially so going into a solid plantar flexion is difficult/unachievable, slightly painful on big toe (coz of 2012 pronation foot injury). Released alll that and finally got changes in plantar flexion and first metatarsal position and sensation :D
L ant 45s middle 3rd. Ouch!!! Wasnt expecting that. But helping w neck and l pelvic ant tilt. And a bit of the lateral pelvic tilt to the r
R lower tspine maybe T8, from mass download

Ok bumped my r temporalis bending and reaching for something on the floor and missed a pulled out drawer. Argh of course was a bit of a wreck after. Got resolved eventually after hinge, quad pad, some mfr on the area, some kb crossovers, and finally during mass.

Feeling particularly hyperflaccid/hypermovile despite the workouts. Its been almost 2 weeks of no maitake m7shroom, waiting for the shipment :/ have started taking alea vera juice as an alternative but the polysaccharide i think is quite different... just need to keep retensioning.

Interesting. Got a "sympathetic twinge" on R 4th toe (?!) While lying on roll on r tspine and ball on L mid cervical. Started releasing there, seems connected to my R hip (causing the pist tilt on that side?l L jaw and cheek (whats been pulling them down?) l shoulder r abdomen l knee medial (sart attachmt) L pec (sternal). Pointing to the pesky spiral line. Must have injured it badly. Or dropped sthing on it... vague recollection of that in the outer kitchen a few years ago...

Went back over painful spots unearthed during the fascianator course. Was surprised when my R collarbone/rib released upwards as i was working on L glute/deep 6 ERs :o coz of R lat adhesion? Wasnt expecting that.

Good releases yesterday: left cervical where there was a small fixed bend (pulling my neck to the left, been bugging me for several months), finally got it! Neck clicked into place, cool wash down my shoulders, head instability improvement :D also spotted a pancake on R peroneal lower 3rd, worked on it, small adjustment on knee and hip :)

Been playing w my diaphragm as of last week, getting the hang of being able to expand it :o so my tva retraction is refining, since i now have pelvic floor and some improved lower ra activation as of my session w oscar.

R knee release all around front = tibia IR and foot clicking (from the 2012 madrid foot inury i expect). and medial side = left shoulder elevation!!! :o wasnt expecting that!!! there is a mole on the area, as expected something is going on with that area. feels spongy inside. still some left but happy about the shoulder elevations :D it has been bothering me.

Redoing 10wk course. Now at wk 5. That quad pad+variations are killer!!! Did it yesterday w shakes, today as well but after some clicks in new lumbar places, its feeling more connected! The row is still challenging though! R shoulder shaking a lot. Wish i could see myself. Taiwan included in travel ban so wont be seeing danny anytime soon :( sigh just need to plod on.
