Before stepping into the role of tour guides, you first showcased your dedication and adaptability during the Nihongo Fiesta—embracing a new language, culture, and experience with confidence and enthusiasm. And just a week after, here you are, transforming once again—this time as competent and inspiring tour guides.

To our 2nd Year Tourism Management students, this Mock Tour Guide was more than just a requirement. It was a reflection of your hard work, teamwork, and growth. From crafting your spiels, studying destinations, practicing your delivery, and building the confidence to stand in front of everyone—you showed what it truly means to be future professionals in the tourism industry.

From sleepless nights to restless days, from endless revisions to moments of doubt—this year has tested us in ways we never expected. As 3rd Year Tourism Management students, we didn’t just sit in classrooms—we stood on the frontlines, handling events, managing responsibilities, and carrying the pressure of delivering our best every single time.

Behind every successful event were unseen struggles: the late-night planning, the early morning calls, the miscommunications, the stress, and even the disagreements that challenged not just our patience, but our unity. There were fights—moments when tensions ran high and voices grew louder—but through it all, we learned how to listen, to adjust, and to stand back up stronger together.

This year wasn’t easy. It was exhausting, demanding, and at times overwhelming. But it was also transformative. Every sleepless night built our discipline. Every restless moment shaped our resilience. Every challenge—and every conflict—taught us the true meaning of teamwork and professionalism.

Ang Araw ng Kagitingan ay hindi lamang pag-alala sa nakaraan, kundi isang paalala na ang diwa ng kabayanihan ay patuloy na nabubuhay sa bawat Pilipino—sa maliliit man o malalaking paraan.

Sa bawat hakbang na ating tinatahak, sa bawat pangarap na ating ipinaglalaban, dala natin ang inspirasyon ng mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa kinabukasan ng ating bayan. Nawa’y magsilbi itong gabay upang patuloy tayong maging matatag, makabayan, at handang tumindig para sa tama.

Bilang mga mag-aaral at tagapagtaguyod ng turismo, ating ipinagmamalaki ang mayamang kasaysayan at kultura ng Pilipinas—isang pamana ng kagitingan na ating ipapasa sa susunod na henerasyon. Ipagdiwang natin ang araw na ito nang may paggalang, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan.
