𝟰𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 🇵🇭

40 years ago, people united with one goal—to break free from the grasp of injustice and stand beside freedom and truth. From February 22-25 1986, millions of Filipinos stood in the streets of EDSA with a hope, to finally break free from the never-ending cycle.

Through determination, courage, and solidarity, the Filipino people proved that power isn’t rooted from a single leader, but in the people of this nation.

As we celebrate the mark of the 40th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, may we carry on the values of integrity, unity, and active citizenship. The spirit of People Power continues to line in each one of us—in every action and decision made stands firm for what’s right.
