The voting period for the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is officially ongoing.

As of 𝟳:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝟭𝟰𝟮 out of 𝟯,𝟰𝟵𝟬 eligible first-year students have cast their votes, bringing the overall voter turnout to 𝟰.𝟬𝟳%.

As students make their voices heard through the ballot, every vote becomes part of a larger decision, one that will determine who will take on the responsibility of representing the First-Year student body.

The power to choose remains in the hands of the electorate.

As of September 9, 2026, the Student Handbook Survey has reached 𝟭𝟳% 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. We want to take a moment to sincerely appreciate everyone who has shared their voices and taken the time to respond. Each insight you’ve provided is deeply valued as we continue working toward improvement .

Our goal isn’t simply to reach a number — it’s to ensure that every voice from every college and program is heard, represented, and reflected in future revisions. This collective participation helps us build a handbook that truly responds to the needs and experiences of all Herons.
