Subject: Reiteration of Strict Security Protocols & Police Presence for Safe F2F Classes

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are writing to reassure and inform everyone that face-to-face classes will proceed as scheduled. To ensure the safety of all learners and personnel, we are strengthening security measures and working in full coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU) and Philippine National Police (PNP).

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Safety & Security Updates:

โœ… Police Assistance and Barangay Multipliers Deployment: Uniformed personnel will be visibly present inside and outside the school premises, patrolling entry points and surrounding areas to deter any threat.
โœ… Strict Inspections: Thorough checks of bags, belongings, and personal items will be conducted at all entrances by security staff and authorized personnel.
โœ… Full Authority Coordination: Our administration maintains continuous, close coordination with local police and education officials. All protocols follow their guidelines and recommendations.
โœ… Continuous Monitoring: Regular campus sweeps and safety assessments will be carried out daily to keep the environment secure.

Isang mapagpalang araw sa lahat ng aming minamahal na Morehians!

Nais lamang po naming ipabatid na, bunsod ng kumakalat na mensaheng naglalaman ng banta na maaaring makaapekto sa seguridad ng buong komunidad ng Moreh Academy, ang ating Pamunuan ay patuloy na gumagawa ng mga kinakailangang hakbang upang mapanatili ang kaayusan, kaligtasan, at katahimikan ng ating paaralan.

Sa kasalukuyan, nakikipagtulungan na po tayo sa mga awtoridad at mga kinauukulang ahensya upang maipaabot at mailagay sa tamang proseso ang usaping ito at ang mga nararapat na hakbang na dapat gawin.

Hinihiling po namin sa lahat na manatiling kalmado at mahinahon. Sa ganitong paraan, mas makapag-iisip tayo nang malinaw, makagagawa ng tamang desisyon, at makatutulong sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan sa ating komunidad.

Higit sa lahat, hangad po namin ang pagkakaisa ng bawat isa sa panahong ito. Nawa'y maging lakas, suporta, at kagaanan tayo para sa isa't isa. Sama-sama rin po tayong manalangin na pagkalooban tayo ng Panginoon ng karunungan, kapayapaan, at kalinawan ng isip, maging sa mga taong maaaring nasa likod ng ganitong gawain.

Kung mayroon po kayong anumang impormasyon o kaalamang maaaring makatulong sa paglutas at pagtugon sa kasalukuyang sitwasyon, mangyaring ipagbigay-alam ito sa Pamunuan ng ating paaralan upang ito ay maayos na maaksyunan at maiugnay sa mga kinauukulang awtoridad.

Isinagawa ang pagbubukas ng programa noong Agosto 2 ng mga nasa ika-12 na baitang, noong Agosto 3 ng mga nasa ika-11 na baitang at noong Agosto 4 naman ng mga mag-aaral sa Departamento ng Junior High School.

Sa ginawang mga programa ay inilahad ang iba't ibang gawain at paligsahan na gaganapin sa buong buwan ng Agosto. Ang mga ito ay isasagawa sa pamamagitan ng integrasyon sa iba't ibang asignatura, upang higit na mapalalim ang pagpapahalaga ng mga mag-aaral sa wikang Filipino habang pinauunlad ang kanilang kaalaman at kasanayan.
