• Settled Clearances: Ensure all previous financial obligations or departmental clearances are cleared.

𝟐. 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬
𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑 1: 𝑶𝒃𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑼𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒎
Visit the Registrar’s Office (LC1) or the Admissions Office (LC3) to secure your form.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐮𝐭, 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭 & 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬

• Complete the form with your updated information.
• Submit the form and your brown envelope to the Registrar’s Office (LC1) or Admissions Office (LC3).
• Settle your enrollment fees. This applies to ESC, Regular, and QVA students.

Once your documents are processed and your clearances are verified, you may check your official section assignment.

• Secure your Enrollment Confirmation Slip. This serves as proof of your official registration for the upcoming term.
• For Regular Students: Proceed to the School Cashier to claim your Registration Card after the settlement of enrollment fees.

Daily Enrollment Schedule

Please be mindful of our processing cut-off times to ensure all transactions are completed within office hours:
• Morning Cut-off: 11:30 AM
• Afternoon Cut-off: 4:30 PM

Note: Enrollment counters are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We encourage everyone to arrive early to avoid the peak hours.
