This is Andre Roshan Picar, 8 yr. old orphan boy enrolled in Maharlika Madrasah for the last three years. His grandmother supports him and his younger sister who has polio. He is shown with his adviser Myra Tolentino. The Board, teachers and staff of Maharlika Madrasah convey our sincerest gratitude to kindhearted friends Ruth Owen, Jean Montinola, Pamela Meily and Mariam Moazzam for their generous donations to Andre's scholarship fund.
