Greeting to all KISP members. This is the the student council service department.
"Espero Que Todos"-Hope to all
We would like to inform in advance that his coming December 14 to December 29 there will be a donation campaign titled "CHANGEBOX"
In a small town located in Bicutan, there are lots of local families living in the area. However, people seen on streets wear ripped shirts and pants which even children do not have proper footwear to walk around the whole day. Most of their parents work early morning till late night, just to cross several mountains leading to the main streets of Bicutan. Kids have passion to study. Every time visitors would come and see them at a small school located around the town, they would ask several questions about words and culture. They would sing out loud songs to let us be aware they are having fun. But these kids do not have proper educative facilities. They lack books, they lack school appliances, even proper clothing. Their parents do not have the ability to send them to actual primary schools and kids more then 12 would rather work beside their fathers to earn bit more money to have a proper meal a day. They even have hard time collecting drinkable water. Especially on days when the weather is not appreciating.
Anything that is useless to me can be a necessary and valuable thing for someone else. Small practice in your life makes the world beautiful through sharing and circulation. Anything that is no longer used is appreciated by donating essential items such as English books, school supplies, clothes, shoes, bags, household goods, water or toilet items.
It would be thankful for your attention and participation in the CHANGEBOX campaign! See you!
When: Dec 14~Dec 29
Where: 3rd floor in front of the faculty room during break and lunch time
