This year's theme reminds us that every book we pick up isnโ€™t just words on paperโ€”itโ€™s a gateway to imagination, knowledge, and a brighter future!

On November 12, 2025, we officially kicked off our celebration with incredible energy and inspiration. Sir ๐‘๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฅ๐š๐จ, English Department Coordinator, motivated us with a powerful reminder:

Our Master Teacher, Dr. ๐‹๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐š ๐ƒ๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฅ, shared how books have personally transformed her lifeโ€”proof that reading truly shapes who we are.

We were also inspired by our Principal, Sir ๐…๐ž๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐ ๐†. ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฅ๐ ๐š๐๐จ , who showed that leadership is not only his craft but also a practice rooted in reading. A true leader is also a readerโ€”someone who draws wisdom and vision from the pages of books to guide others.

To keep the excitement going, English Club Adviser, Maโ€™am ๐†๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐‹๐ข๐ฐ๐š๐ ๐จ๐ง, introduced all the amazing reading activities lined up for the month.

To wrap up the kickoff, Master Teacher, Sir ๐„๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ง, reminded us that reading isnโ€™t just personal growthโ€”itโ€™s a superpower capable of changing the world, and DepEd supports us in honing this skill to achieve even greater things.
