🤝 Standing Together Against Bullying 🚫

At SABAC, we’re committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for every student. It’s crucial to understand what bullying is and how to combat it.

What is bullying?🤔
Bullying is the repetitive, intentional harm or harassment of another person, often involving an imbalance of power. It can take many forms, including verbal, physical, social, or cyberbullying. These actions cause emotional and sometimes physical pain, leaving lasting scars.

Types of Bullying: 📚
1. Verbal Bullying: Hurtful words, name-calling, or teasing.
2. Physical Bullying: Hitting, pushing, or other forms of physical harm.
3. Social Bullying: Exclusion, spreading rumors, or damaging one’s reputation.
4. Cyberbullying: Harassment online through texts, social media, or emails.
