Good Day, Tipasians! ๐Ÿ˜

As we closed the month of December and welcomed the fresh beginnings of January, we proudly recognized students who consistently chose honesty and integrity. Amid celebrations and new starts, you proved that doing what is right remains a priority in every season.
Returning lost items may seem like a simple act, but it reflects responsibility, respect, and strong moral character.

Last February 9, 2026 we proudly awarded medals to our Huwarang Tipasians in recognition of their outstanding integrity. This meaningful ceremony reminded us that good deeds deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated.

May your example continue to inspire every Tipasian to live with sincerity, accountability, and empathy throughout the year.

Congratulations, Huwarang Tipasians of December and January! ๐Ÿ‘โœจ

On February 4, 2026, the CIC of Tipas NHS attended the Training on Leadership for Campus Integrity Crusaders conducted by the Office of the Ombudsman. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญโœจ The activity aimed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to become responsible leaders who practice integrity and actively help fight corruption in the Philippines. It served as a meaningful opportunity to strengthen awareness of honesty, accountability, and ethical leadership in both school and community service.

The program was formally hosted by Maสผam Donna M. Torreon, our CIC Adviser, who guided the flow of the event. It began with the Welcoming Remarks of Acting Director Atty. Rhodora N. Fenix-Galicia, Community Coordination Bureau, followed by special messages from Hon. Maria Laarni L. Cayetano; Assistant Ombudsman Maria Janina J. Hidalgo of the Public Assistance and Anti-Corruption Prevention Office; Dr. Cynthia L. Ayles, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent; Dr. Arturo A. Tolentino, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent; Dr. Ellery G. Quintia, Chief Education Supervisor of the Curriculum Implementation Division; and Hon. Marisse Balina-Eron, Councilor and Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Basic Education and Specialized Programs. Their messages emphasized that integrity, discipline, and service are essential qualities of true leaders and that the youth play an important role in promoting transparency and good governance. ๐Ÿคโœจ

During the seminar-workshop, three main lessons were discussed: The Causes and Effects of Corruption, Leadership with Integrity, and Leading with Integrity, facilitated by Eva Rafael R. Collado, Associate Graft Investigation Officer III; Angelita DL. Cusi, Associate Graft Investigation Officer III and Division CIC Coordinator-in-Charge; and Josephine D. Mojica, Graft Investigation Officer II. They clearly explained how corruption affects communities, weakens trust, and delays progress, while integrity builds credibility and respect. The presence of Ms. Jennefer M. Lasam, Associate Graft Investigation Officer II; Philip Albert M. Betia, Associate Graft Investigation Officer I; Jose Allen R. Serna, Graft Prevention and Control Officer II; Grace Q. Borromeo, Admin Support; and Jessie A. Sanguitan, Admin Support was also acknowledged for their valuable assistance in organizing the event.

Through this training, many important lessons were learned about ethical decision-making, responsible leadership, and the courage to stand for what is right.
๐Ÿคโš–๏ธ The experience also allowed meaningful collaboration with fellow CIC members from other schools, which strengthened teamwork, unity, and shared commitment to integrity. The knowledge gained will serve as a guide in becoming better student leaders and role models in the school community. ๐Ÿ’Ÿ

We are truly grateful and honored for the opportunity to participate, and we sincerely thank the Office of the Ombudsman, the speakers, facilitators, and organizers for empowering us to become leaders with integrity and catalyst of positive change. ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒŸ
