We explored the diverse types of bullying—𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒚𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒖𝒍𝒍𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏—and the devastating impact they have. We discussed real-life scenarios, shared personal experiences, and learned to 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 in ourselves and others.

The seminar wasn't just about identifying the problem; it was about 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 . We empowered participants 𝙩𝙤 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙚 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮, 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙪𝙥𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜. 🗣️
