On the day of January 15th, 2025, The Peer Facilitators have conducted the second day of training for The Peers of Batch 4. The training is about effective communication, tackling the importance of communication aspects like speaking and listening.

On January 14, 2025, Peer Facilitators Circle Batch 3 along with the Guidance Associates facilitated the Training Batch 4 Day 1: Self Exploration and Discovery. This training shares knowledge about understanding oneself and others, discovering who we really are in our emotional spectrums.

“Don’t lose your voice even if the only thing you learned while growing up is to stay silent”

- Initially, I decided to become involved in PFC because I believe this will greatly support and advance our personal academic work but as time passed by, I realized there’s more than that. I met people who will willingly commit themselves genuinely to foster greater communication and connection through a variety of people in need with the biggest smiles on their faces. Besides hoping to improve my communication, essentially, I was drawn to help build stronger, more communicative relationships and networks among people who help others, promoting a sense of community and mutual support, together to understand how people interact and relate to each other, and create better connections among diverse individuals who are seeking support or assistance.

- I hope that as time goes on, more individuals will realize and genuinely value the significant contributions and devoted efforts of PFC. By gaining a deeper understanding of the impact PFC has, I believe that more people will acknowledge the value of their work and the positive difference they make in the community amidst school life chaos.
