The distribution of school packages will be on May 16, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Grade 7 Building and Math Building.

Please follow the assigned schedule for each grade level and take note of the reminders and process flow for a smooth and orderly distribution.

📌 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒
✅ Bring your checklist for claiming.
✅ Grade 7 learners and transferees may claim their checklist at the verification table during the distribution day.
✅ Learners must personally claim their school package and bring their previous school ID for verification.
✅ Parents/guardians may claim on behalf of the learner if the learner is still in the province or in another city, provided they bring the learner’s previous school ID.
✅ Wear proper clothes and shoes.
✅ Observe proper order, decorum, and discipline during the distribution process.

1️⃣ Verification
Proceed to the verification table located on the ground floor of the Grade 7 Building and present your previous school ID for verification.
If your name is not on the list, proceed to the Help Desk to verify your enrollment status.
2️⃣ Waiting Area
After verification, proceed to the waiting area located on the ground floor of the Grade 7 Building. Please wait for your number to be called before proceeding to the claiming area.
3️⃣ Claiming of School Packages
Proceed to the claiming area at the Math Building beside the Grade 7 Building and present your checklist.
Double-check the school package you received to ensure that it is complete.

✔️ Learners 16 years old and above who did not finish Junior High School (Grade 10)
✔️ Out-of-school children, youth, and adults who wish to continue their education

✔️ Photocopy of Birth Certificate
✔️ Photocopy of Report Card / SF10 / Diploma / AF5
