PCCR Graduate School congratulates Dr. Aris S. Manguera (Ph.D. Criminology '25) on his appointment as Director of the DOJ Office of Cybercrime.

With his expertise in prosecution, public policy, and digital transformation, the DOJ’s Office of Cybercrime is expected to strengthen cybercrime prevention, enhance cooperation, and promote a safer digital environment for all.

The DOJ appoints Dr. Aris S. Manguera as the new director of the Office of Cybercrime to lead international cooperation and combat digital threats.
