As we celebrate Pride Month, the Center for Guidance and Counseling Services reminds everyone that every person deserves to live authentically, express themselves freely, and be treated with dignity and respect. May we continue to create a community where acceptance overcomes fear, understanding replaces judgment, and everyone feels safe to be who they truly are.

Every breath is a gift, and every healthy choice is an investment in your future.
This World No To***co Day, let us raise awareness about the harmful effects of to***co and encourage one another to choose a healthier, smoke-free life. Quitting may not be easy, but every step away from to***co is a step toward better health, greater strength, and a brighter tomorrow.
Choose yourself. Choose health. Choose life. ππ

As the school year finally comes to an end, the Center for Guidance and Counseling Service would like to remind you to take this time to pause, breathe, and heal from all the struggles and challenges you faced along the way.
There were days filled with pressure, exhaustion, silent battles, and moments when you almost wanted to give up β yet you still made it this far. Even if not everyone saw your sacrifices, efforts, and sleepless nights, please know that they mattered, and we are truly proud of you.
May this break become a safe space for you to rest your mind, heal your heart, and reconnect with yourself. Choose your peace. Choose your healing. Choose yourself. You deserve the love, care, and comfort that you freely give to others.
Congratulations for surviving this school year. Thank you for holding on. ππ«

You are not a burden for feeling overwhelmed.
Some days are heavier than others, and itβs okay to ask for help.
A simple conversation can become the beginning of healing, hope, and strength.
You do not have to carry everything alone.
Someone is willing to listen. Someone cares. π

Finals week is here, and while luck may play a part, success is often built through sleepless nights, sacrifices, and the hard work youβve poured in along the way. Trust yourself, trust your preparation, and remember how far youβve already come. Luck favors those who work hard for itβso go get yours. β¨πβ€οΈ
