January 12, 2026: Official Opening of Classes

January 12-14, 2026: Change of Matriculation (CMAT)

Note: Ensure you have your Official Certificate of Registration to process changes.

ATTENTION: All students who failed to access their Report of Grades last December 2025.

Please be informed that the 3rd and last chance to view your Report of Grades (ROG) for the First Semester AY 2025-2026 is scheduled on January 6–7, from 5:01 PM to 11:59 PM only, provided you have been cleared by the Center of Student Formation and Discipline (CSFD).

You are advised to prepare a letter addressed to the Director of the CSFD, duly noted by your Dean. Once processed, you may access your report of grades during the aforementioned schedule.

This will be your last chance to access the Report of Grades from the previous semester.

Last day of enrollment is January 9, 2026.
