The Tibagan High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (THS-SSLG) would like to congratulate RHUZEL WAYNE SANTIAGO of Grade 10-Marcela Agoncillo for securing 5th Place in the Division Population and Development Quiz Bee held yesterday, December 5, 2025, at Pateros National High School. He was guided by his coach Mr. Bonnie Jay Taguinod, Araling Panlipunan 7 teacher, and Mrs. Lanilyn E. Gueta, Araling Panlipunan coordinator. The competition was participated in by 26 schools in the Schools Division of Taguig City and Pateros.

The THS-SSLG and the entire school community are proud of Rhuzel’s hard work, determination, and courage to take on the challenge. His achievement reflects not just his knowledge, but his dedication and willingness to grow.
