Every March 14 (3/14) we celebrate the famous number π = 3.14, a special constant in mathematics that represents the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. Pi goes on forever without repeating, making it one of the most fascinating numbers in math! Today is the perfect time to appreciate the beauty of mathematics while enjoying a delicious slice of pie. Whether you're solving equations, memorizing digits of π, or simply sharing a pie with friends, Pi Day reminds us that math can be fun, creative, and even tasty. So grab a slice, celebrate the endless digits of π, and enjoy this sweet and nerdy holiday. Happy Pi Day!

The Law of Cosines (or Cosine Rule) is a formula in trigonometry that relates the lengths of the sides of a triangle to the cosine of one of its angles, generalizing the Pythagorean theorem for any triangle. It is used to find a third side when two sides and the included angle (SAS) are known, or to find an angle when all three sides (SSS) are known.

"Hug the angle": A phrase used to remember that the formula requires the two sides ("hugging" or adjacent to) the angle. 💞🤗💓
