Even when we cannot see the ending, we trust the story He is writing. May this day remind us to hold on, to believe, and to wait patiently for the joy that comes with new beginnings.

With sharp thinking, patience, and strategic brilliance, BASD demonstrated that true excellence is a balance of intelligence and determination. Every move reflected discipline, focus, and a winning mindset that brought pride to the department.
