✔️ TLC (Taguig Learner’s Certificate)
A scholarship assistance program for qualified incoming Grade 7 students who studied in a public school in Taguig for at least three (3) years.

✔️ ESC (Education Service Contracting)
A government subsidy program for Junior High School students transferring from public or private schools. ESC helps cover a portion of the tuition and other school fees in participating private schools.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT!
The TLC (Taguig Learners Certificate) Scholarship Application Form for Incoming Grade 7 – School Year 2026–2027 is now available at Spark Academy of Global City.

The TLC Scholarship Program is a project of the City Government of Taguig that provides financial assistance to qualified Grade 7 students from Taguig public elementary schools who wish to enroll in partner private schools. The program helps support students’ tuition and other school expenses so they can continue their education.
