As the enrollment for the NEMSU Graduate School at North Eastern Mindanao State University is about to end, the Guidance Office of NEMSU Tandag will be accomodating anyone who is interested to take Masters Degree and Doctorate Degree at NEMSU. There is no need to post your names as the office will be accomodating WALK-IN tomorrow, August 01, 2026 (Saturday) at the Guidance Office. The examination will start at exactly and strictly 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 in the morning. There will be no afternoon session as this will be served for the releasing of the results.

📌THINGS TO TAKE NOTE!
✅We encourage applicants to please be at the testing venue at least 30 minutes before the exam time.
✅Pay the ₱100.00 testing fee at the Cashier’s Office first before you proceed to the testing venue.
✅ Bring the following on exam day:
- 1 valid ID
- Black ballpen
✅Applicants who will take MA-HET, all transactions (admission exam and enrollment) should be done in Cantilan Campus, not in the main campus.

Please be informed that regular office transactions at NEMSU-Tandag Campus will be temporarily suspended on July 30, 2026 (Thursday) in view of the 5th NEMSU Day Celebration.

This is to allow personnel to participate in the scheduled institutional activities.

Regular office transactions will resume on July 31, 2026 (Friday).

The examination will start at exactly and strictly 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 in the morning and 2:00 in the afternoon.

HEAD'S UP!

The final day of the Shifting Examination is on July 09, 2026 (Thursday).

Students who already took the examination and are done with Career Counseling, please visit the Guidance Office to fill out the shifting form on the scheduled date of your enrollment.

NOTE:
BS Psychology is already closed.
BSEd Social Studies does not accept shiftees.
Transferrees and returnees are not required to take the shifting examination.

As part of the 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 of the enrollment process, all incoming First-Year Students, Transferees, and Returnees are advised to accomplish the 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 (𝐒𝐈𝐈𝐅) before coming to the campus for enrollment.

Completing the form ahead of time will help make your enrollment process faster and more convenient by reducing long queues and allowing for quicker signing of your enrollment flow under the First Step. We encourage everyone to accomplish the form before their scheduled enrollment to avoid delays.

The examination will start at exactly and strictly 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠. There will be 𝗡𝗢 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 as it is allocated for the releasing and/or encoding of the results.

What to bring for the exam:
1 Black Ballpen
1 SHARPENED Pencil with eraser
1 pc of 1x1 ID Picture (NOT 2X2 or PASSPORT SIZE)
Any valid ID (SHS ID/National ID; if you have no valid ID, then bring with you your PSA or your Diploma)
