DISTRICT ROLLS OUT CAPABILITY BUILDING FOR ON-SITE MONITORING OF LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

The Tagkawayan District I successfully conducted the District Roll-Out on Capability Building of District On-Site Monitoring of Learning and Development (L&D) Programs and Activities at Tagkawayan Central Elementary School on August 6, 2026.
The activity was spearheaded by Sir Alejandro Ayusip, District L&D Focal Person, with the guidance and leadership of Sir Isagani H. Matibag, Public Schools District Supervisor.
The roll-out aimed to strengthen the capacity of school heads and concerned personnel in the effective monitoring, documentation, and evaluation of Learning and Development programs and activities. It also provided participants with a deeper understanding of the processes and mechanisms involved in ensuring that L&D initiatives are properly implemented and responsive to the professional development needs of DepEd personnel.
Through this initiative, Tagkawayan District I continues to promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, accountability, and quality service among its educators and school leaders.
The successful conduct of the activity reflects the districtโs commitment to strengthening professional development systems and ensuring that every L&D program contributes meaningfully to improved teaching practice and, ultimately, better learning outcomes for every learner.
