The North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU)–Tagbina successfully conducted its Gender and Development (GAD) Culmination Program on March 31, 2026, marking the meaningful conclusion of the Women’s Month Celebration. The activity was actively participated in by faculty and staff, demonstrating the institution’s continued commitment to gender equality and inclusive development.
The program was spearheaded by the GAD Office under the leadership of the GAD Coordinator, DB-June G. Amolata, RGC, RPm. A key highlight of the activity was a seminar that enriched participants through insightful discussions on the topics: (1) Building Emotional Intelligence for Resilient Leadership and (2) Life Reset: Reinventing Yourself After Setbacks.
The sessions were facilitated by the esteemed resource speaker, Ms. Ginalyn P. Estose, RGC, Assistant Professor II of NEMSU-Bislig and Guidance Counselor of the same institution, whose expertise and experience greatly contributed to the success of the program.
This culmination activity reflects NEMSU-Tagbina’s dedication to fostering empowered individuals and resilient leaders, anchored on the principles of Gender and Development.
