The Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad (HKIMO) is an international mathematics competition designed for elementary and secondary school students from different countries and regions. It aims to promote interest and excellence in mathematics by providing learners with opportunities to develop their problem-solving, logical reasoning, and critical-thinking skills. HKIMO covers various areas of mathematics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number theory, combinatorics, and mathematical logic, with questions that emphasize analytical thinking and creative problem solving. The Heat Round was conducted on May 17, 2026 in which three of our mathletes participated the event.
