From Learning to Leading. From Ideas to Action.

The University Student Government (USG) – NEMSU Tagbina Campus successfully concluded Part II of the Leadership Training 2026, continuing our journey toward developing competent, committed, and purpose-driven student leaders.

Part II focused on Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Activity Proposal Writing, equipping our student leaders with practical skills in transforming ideas into well-planned, organized, and meaningful initiatives for the student body.

Through engaging discussions, workshops, and collaborative activities, our leaders were given the opportunity to strengthen their skills in planning, decision-making, resource management, and effective student governance.

The USG extends its sincere appreciation to Nestle A. Diola, MATCP, University Extension Specialist III, for sharing valuable knowledge and guidance throughout the session.

As we move forward, may we carry the lessons learned and put them into action—leading with purpose, serving with integrity, and inspiring change.

This is more than training. This is preparation for leadership.

The University Student Government (USG) – NEMSU Tagbina Campus successfully conducted Part I of the Leadership Training 2026, bringing together student leaders for a meaningful day of learning, collaboration, and leadership development.

The session focused on Parliamentary Procedures and Resolution Writing, equipping our student leaders with essential knowledge and practical skills for effective, responsible, and organized student governance.

With insightful discussions, active participation, and meaningful exchanges, Part I served as a valuable step toward developing leaders who are prepared to lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and inspire positive change.

The USG extends its appreciation to our resource speaker, Hon. Uldarico Urquiza, for sharing his knowledge and expertise with our student leaders.

For the information and guidance of the NEMSU community, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs has released Office Memorandum No. 08-015-2026 regarding the strict observance of the Flag Ceremony.

📌 To Whom It May Concern: All Campus Directors, Academic Directors, Deans, Faculty, and Staff.

In accordance with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. 2012, all government offices and educational institutions are mandated to observe:
🌅 Flag-Raising Ceremony: Every Monday morning
🌇 Flag-Lowering Ceremony: Every Friday afternoon

Attendance is highly encouraged as a manifestation of our collective commitment to the mandates of the University, emphasizing nationalism, discipline, and patriotism.
