Before donating, make sure your hair meets the campaign guidelines:

✅ Pre-cut hair is accepted
✅ Donated hair must be at least 8 inches (minimum of 8 inches)
✅ Hair must be clean, dry, and free from hair products like hairgel or hairspray
✅ Untreated hair is preferred

The Bohol Schools Athletic Association (BSAA) Season 14 is set to heat up with an exciting Volleyball Preseason Games on September 12, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the University of Bohol Gymnasium.

The preseason matches will feature top BSAA teams in three exciting divisions:

Girls: UB vs. BIT-IC

Women: HNU vs. UB

Men: BIT-IC vs. HNU

This event marks another exciting step toward BSAA Season 14, bringing together talented student-athletes as they showcase their skills, teamwork, and competitive spirit.

Strengthen our overall health by eating a balanced and nutritious diet, staying physically active, getting enough rest, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
