On September 24, 2026, at the Learning Resource Center, BISU Main Campus, the Coordination Meeting of the Working Committees for the upcoming ASUGBOHOL SCUAA Games 2026 was held. The games are set to take place on November 23–27, 2026

The meeting was presided over by VP SAS, Zina D. Sayson. Attended by the Key Officials of BISU Main Campus together with the working committees.

𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐔𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Ocular inspections were conducted at Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School–Cabawan Campus and Tagbilaran City College to assess and finalize the billeting facilities for the Cebu delegations participating in the ASUGBOHOL SCUAA Games.

The team extends its appreciation to the school administrators and staff for their warm reception, assistance, and continued support in preparing their respective facilities for the arrival of the participating delegations.

Preparations for the upcoming ASUGBOHOL Regional SCUAA Games continue as university officials meet with Mayor Jane Yap to discuss plans for the regional sporting event, scheduled for November 23–27, 2026, at the BISU Main Campus.

Present during the meeting were Dr. Zina Sayson, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services; Dr. Lemuel Abdul, University Culture and Arts Director; Dr. Vivencio Calixtro Jr., University Sports Director; and Mrs. Nanelyn D. Wate, Supervising Administrative Officer.

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆: BISU Main Campus came alive with music, artistry, and Boholano pride on September 17, 2026, as the university warmly welcomed Her Excellency Sarah Hulton OBE.

Setting the tone for the occasion, the BISU MC Band filled the campus with vibrant energy, while the Skilartales captivated the gathering with a dynamic and eye-catching performance. Adding a graceful harmony to the celebration, the BISU MC Chorale filled the atmosphere with beautiful voices, bringing warmth and character to the occasion.

Through music, movement, and song, BISU MC shared with Her Excellency a glimpse of the talent and artistry that thrive within its community and across Bohol. The University Administration reiterates and strengthens the implementation of the Enhanced University Security Measures across all campuses and facilities.

✅ Present proper identification (ID)
✅ Follow entry and access procedures
✅ Cooperate with security checks involving vehicles, bags, packages, and other belongings, as applicable
✅ Present confirmation of appointment
✅ Stay alert and report any unusual or suspicious activity to security personnel
✅ Work with our security personnel by following their instructions and guidance

These measures are in place to help keep our campuses safe, orderly, and secure for everyone.
