📅 On June 2, 2026, student officers from the 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠, 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗖𝗦𝗚), 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗖𝗦𝗢), and 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 (𝗟𝗚𝗨𝘀) of Holy Name University participated in the 𝘽𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 held at 𝗕𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗨)–Bilar Campus.

As part of the program, BISU students introduced their innovative systems, 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙣 and 𝙀-𝙑𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜. Through QR-based attendance monitoring, financial management features, and a secure online voting platform with real-time vote tracking, these innovations demonstrated how technology can enhance efficiency, transparency, and student participation within academic institutions. 🖥️💡

🌟 More than an opportunity to witness remarkable student-led innovations, the benchmarking program served as a platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the exchange of best practices among student leaders. The experience highlighted the value of innovation-driven leadership and reinforced both institutions' commitment to continuous growth, excellence, and meaningful progress in student governance.

The elected and appointed 𝗖𝗛𝗦-𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 of 𝙎.𝙔. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 gathered last May 23, 2026, for the 𝘈𝘯𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 with the theme “𝘼𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙯𝙤𝙣.” 🤝

The program served as a meaningful avenue to deepen their understanding of servant leadership, strengthen their leadership identities, and develop the essential qualities of effective student leaders. It ended successfully with smiles, new learnings, and unforgettable memories. 💫

The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 (𝗖𝗛𝗦-𝗟𝗚𝗨), together with the 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗦𝗢), once again joined forces for the final stop of Tagbilaran City’s 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒖𝒍𝒊 program last 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Through this meaningful initiative, free circumcision services were provided to young boys in the community, reflecting the spirit of compassion, service, and community involvement. 🤝

As this year’s Operation Tuli program officially comes to an end, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Tagbilaran City Health Office and all the healthcare professionals involved for giving us the opportunity to become part of this impactful initiative. ✨ We also sincerely thank the barangay officials of Barangay San Isidro for their unwavering support and cooperation in making the program successful. 💚

As the second semester comes to an end, the 𝗖𝗛𝗦-𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 proudly presents the 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆, reflecting transparency, accountability, and responsible financial management in all transactions.

This statement provides a comprehensive overview of all income collected and expenses incurred throughout the entire duration of the second semester, covering the period from the beginning until the end of the said semester.
