To all students preparing for their oral defense, please be reminded that you must complete and submit all required documents and materials listed in the image below before you can schedule your defense.

These requirements are essential for the scheduling process. No oral defense schedule will be confirmed unless all necessary documents have been properly submitted and approved by your research adviser.

Make sure to review the list carefully, prepare your presentation materials, and follow all guidelines — including proper formatting and dress code.
