Part 4 of the message [End]:

They don't have snacks and just drink water during or after work and I feel bad about it.

It seriously isn't easy making the "I ❀ KNHS" project but we still pulled it off though. What made this easy is the good communication of the members. After completing the projects, compliments flooded the same way as the discouraging words. We're not 100% sure that our project will stay for a very long time but we know that we did something that will be good for the school. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Although I've got so much to be thankful for and be happy about, I just want to express my reflection about the experiences of my group along this project building process.

We experienced so many things as a group in just a span of four months and it wasn't all laughs and smiles. My members including me had worked so much for this project since the planning phase of the project. We were at first hesitant if we will accept the idea of the project given by Dr. Catanio and almost thought of finding another project because we felt the weight of the task but according to the members the outcome would be something worth to give to the school and would be a good legacy so we agreed on doing the project.

The process wasn't easy, we experienced many problems like lack of time because of a busy schedule, but the hardest part of this project for us is funding. The members' initial contribution plus the total solicited money wasn't really enough and we had to make additional contribution and yet it still can't defray the needs of our project and we needed to find other sources of finance.

The discouraging words we hear from so many people flooded so quickly even when we weren't done with our project yet. They said we can't do it, we need a lot of help to do it, we're ambitious in doing it, we should've chose other projects and so many words that keeps disheartening me and my members. Whenever my members hear those discouraging words they usually tell me about it and we all try to cheer up each other even after hearing those. Not unless we finished the project, they never stop backlashing us.

However, even through problems regarding finance and people's views, what's amazing about our members is that they were mostly optimistic people. There was no moment when they haven't made me laugh or at least smile while working.

Continuation of the message:
[ To my members: "Thank you so much for not giving me a head ache. I'm beyond proud of all of you and I am very grateful to have you as my members. Thank you for being engineers, construction workers, gardeners, drivers, cashiers, cameramen, watergirls/boys, construction supply personnel, financers, entertainers and most of all thank you for being such good motivators and cheer leaders. Multi-talented people like all of you deserve success. I'm rooting for the fulfillment of everyone's goals and dreams in the future.]

Last but means no least, I would like to thank our God Almighty for everything, the guidance, the strength, the good state of body and mind, for the peace that ruled over my members and for every single bit of things which keeps us breathing. Without Him we are nothing.

Message:

[TAKE TIME TO READ]

Hello everyone, this is the leader of group2 of the Iβ™‘KNHS project on the subject empowerment technology. I am beyond delighted to announce that our project has been officially accomplished. I just want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards the people who have been part of the success of this project and my reflection and evaluation of the whole process in making/building this project.

First and foremost, I would like to thank all our sponsors and stakeholders who have given us donations from the money solicitations which has been added to the budget of the project, (the sponsors will be posted later on this fb page) the KNHS School-in-charge, Dr. Indira Catanio for allowing us to utilize some materials and equipments provided by the school and giving us the authority to help the school in making this project.

Thank you also to Mr. Barry Anthony Cajes for the guidance and support that he gave to our group along this project building.

I would also like to extend my warmest thanks to the beloved parents of my members who were so much understanding towards the situation of my members therefore giving them consent to participate in the project making/building and allowing their children to contribute money added to the budget for the project.

My respect and thanks is also given to my dear members. I know the things they've done for this project, their efforts are beyond what they are obliged to give, but they gave it their all. I have noticed how much they were eager to finish the project even through the many conflicts we've encountered.
