We would like to inform you that our graduation pictures (hard copy) are now available. Each package includes one 8R photo and 4 wallet-sized photos. There is no payment required for the hard copy. However, if you would like to obtain a soft copy (digital version), please bring additional money to cover the payment.

Hi everyone, We have the grad rings ready for pickup. You can collect them now, but remember, WE WON’T GIVE OUT THE GRADUATION RING WITHOUT THE REPLACEMENT RING . NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring your receipt if you have it; if not, just let us know. The CSO Office is open in the morning from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and in the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

Notice: Final Deadline for Gala Returns

Dear CCI Participants,

We appreciate your participation in the RHG Ceremony and understand that some of you may be celebrating with family. As per the agreement signed before the event, all rented gala attire was to be returned within 5 days.

To accommodate your family celebrations, we have extended this deadline by an additional week, making the new deadline September 6, 2024.

Please note that TOMORROW (September 6, 2024) will be the deadliest deadline for returning the gala attire.

Any gala not returned by tomorrow may be subject to the consequences outlined in your signed agreement.

Attention to those WITHOUT A GRADUATION RING but have a REPLACEMENT RING:

Please send us a private message by 5:00 PM today, September 4, 2024. After this time, we will no longer accept any late submissions of rings. If you have a replacement ring, kindly double-check if your name is on the list to be sent to the supplier. If you miss this deadline, we cannot assist further, as we have already done our part and made all necessary announcements.

Hello everyone,

If you have received a replacement ring but haven't yet joined the group chat, we kindly ask you to do so as soon as possible. Please cooperate and join the group chat by reaching out to Kathleen Dave. This group chat was intended to be active earlier, but it seems some have missed the notice.

Please be informed that the rings were already passed to the supplier last Friday, August 30, 2024. There is a new sizing for the rings, so if you haven't able to resized last week before the graduation, please message Kathleen Dave right away, as today is the absolute last day for any updates.
