St. Augustine Institute of Sagbayan Bohol, Inc. (SAI) is officially opening its doors for the upcoming academic year! We are now accepting applications for Incoming Grade 7, Transferees and Incoming Grade 11 students.

📋 Enrollment Requirements
To ensure a smooth process for Grade 7, Grade 11, and Transferees, please prepare the following documents:

• Original Report Card (Form 138)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy) 3 copies
• 2 pieces 2x2 ID Pictures (Recent)
• Long White Folder
