For the third time, the spirit of generosity and love for education shines brightly at **Tagbilaran City Central School SPED Center** through the meaningful school supplies donation of **Mr. and Mrs. Harry and Ritz Lacsamana of Haritz Media**. True to their commitment of giving back to the community, the couple continues their tradition of donating essential school supplies every two years to our learners with special educational needs. Their generosity goes beyond the material assistance they provide—it sends a powerful message that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and experience the joy of education with the tools they need.

The school community of Tagbilaran City Central School SPED Center deeply appreciates the Lacsamana couple for making this initiative a continuing tradition. Their third donation is a testament to the enduring partnership between the community and the Department of Education in advancing **inclusive, equitable, and quality education for every learner**. Through their kindness, Mr. and Mrs. Lacsamana reminds us that education becomes more meaningful when strengthened by compassion and shared responsibility. Their generosity is not simply a donation of school supplies; it is an investment in the dreams, potential, and brighter future of every learner we serve.
