A key moment of the gathering was the message shared by Fr. Roberto Ebisa, SVD, who invited the participants to reflect on the true meaning of their chosen profession and emphasized that justice is not about winning, but about choosing what is right, reminding them that we are called to be good shepherds of God, and encouraging future lawyers to anchor their practice not solely on success, but on integrity and moral responsibility.

The HNU College of Law BAR Operations sincerely expresses its appreciation to Fr. Roberto “Bobby” M. Ebisa, SVD, for facilitating a deeply meaningful recollection that provided our BAR Takers with a sacred opportunity for rest and spiritual renewal.

Holy Name University makes another mark in history!

The 2025 Bar Examinations yield an impressive 49.23% passing rate for Holy Name University, with 32 out of 65 Bar takers successfully surpassing the national passing rate of 48.98%. Notably, among the 29 first-time Bar takers, 18 passed, resulting in an outstanding 62.07% passing rate for first-time examinees.

This meaningful gathering will also serve as our thanksgiving in welcoming the Second Semester of School Year 2025–2026.
