The Nursing Students Organization (NSO) of Holy Name University proudly participated in the “Operation Tuli” medical outreach program conducted by the Tagbilaran City Health Office on May 14, 2026, in Barangay Poblacion III, Tagbilaran City.

Through the collaborative efforts of healthcare professionals, volunteers, and local officials, free circumcision services were provided to children in the community ensuring proper care and support throughout the activity. This reflects the organization’s dedication to community service and its continuing commitment to promote health among future healthcare professionals.

The NSO sincerely thanks the Tagbilaran City Health Office, the medical team, and the barangay officials of Poblacion III for the opportunity to take part in this successful and meaningful initiative. 💚🤍

On May 12, 2026, the Nursing Students Organization (NSO) of Holy Name University took part in “Operation Tuli,” a medical outreach program organized by the Tagbilaran City Health Office. The activity was held in Barangay Poblacion II, providing free circumcision services to young boys in the community.

NSO members worked alongside healthcare professionals to help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all beneficiaries. Their participation reflects the organization’s commitment to service, compassion, and promoting community health.

The NSO extends its sincere gratitude to the Tagbilaran City Health Office and all healthcare professionals involved for allowing the organization to be part of this meaningful outreach initiative, as well as to the barangay officials of Poblacion II for their support in making the activity successful.💚🤍

This is open to graduating nursing students who have shown outstanding leadership and/or community service through their involvement in NSO activities.

Here’s what you need to know:

🏅 Leadership Award
For graduating current NSO officers who have served for at least (1) one academic year, remained active in the organization, and maintained good standing.

🏅 Service Award
For graduating students or current/former NSO officers who have actively participated in at least two (2) NSO community service and outreach programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must meet the specified eligibility criteria.
- Must present at least two (2) certificates/photos of participation in relevant community service or outreach programs.
- No disciplinary records from the CSG, CSA, or Guidance Office.

The Nursing Students Organization joined CHS Big Day 2026, celebrated under the theme “𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆: 𝑬𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝑨𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔.” The event brought together students and organizations in honoring the evolving legacy of care, compassion, and service in healthcare.

Held from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the HNU Barder’s Gymnasium, the NSO booth became part of a meaningful day of interaction, shared moments, and collective appreciation for the profession that continues to connect generations. 🩺💚
