Good morning, CCA Students!

We will be having our First General Assembly tomorrow,
August 19, 2026 (Wednesday), at 8:00 AM sharp at the PMI Gym.

Attendance is required for all CCA students. Only the following will be considered excused:

β€’ Students who are sick, provided they can submit a valid medical certificate.
β€’ Students who have work, provided they can submit a Certificate of Employment (COE).

All other absences will not be considered excused. Those who cannot provide the required supporting documents will be subject to the corresponding fine, including other unexcused absences.
Please be at the PMI Gym before 8:00 AM. Your cooperation and attendance are highly appreciated.

Make sure to bring and secure your attendance index card for proper monitoring during the event.

(Attached picture below is an example for the student's index card)

πŸ“ Reminder: PSCAS Officers will be selling index cards beside the guard house. Please get yours before entering to avoid delays.

⚠️ Important Notice: It is NOT ALLOWED for students to send their index card through classmates for attendance purposes. Once caught, this will result in corresponding penalties.

Let’s maintain honesty and discipline throughout the event.
