We are llooking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Associate / HR Staff to join our team!

🎓 EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field

💼 EXPERIENCE
• 6 months–1 year of HR or related experience in recruitment, HR administration, staffing, or office administration
• Exposure to basic HR tasks such as recruitment support, records management, onboarding, and employee documentation
• HR Internship/OJT is also acceptable if close to 6 months

📚 KNOWLEDGE
• Basic knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th Month Pay)
• Familiarity with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, records management, and attendance tracking
• Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
• Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures
