We extend our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Arbid N. Amiscosa, MAGC, Rpm, for his dedicated service as the outgoing Head of Human Resource Development. His commitment, professionalism, and invaluable contributions have greatly strengthened the institution. We also warmly congratulate him on his new appointment as Vice President for Administrative and Support Services.
