POV: Yung bawal daw ilabas at ipagsasabi kahit kanino ang results ng validation ng SOSSS na ginawa dito sa Baguio. Ano yan private company, akala sig**o ng BHROD ang office nila ay isang pribadong opisina. Hindi nyo na nga ginagalang ang rights to organize for representation, wala pa kayo transparency. Structures po ng public schools ang ginagawa nyo at hindi nyo sariling kompanya. Sige, ituloy nyo lang yan.

Notwithstanding the process of the BHROD in the Validation of School Organizational Structure and Staffing Standards p***e the respondents of this validation, every job group should be properly represented not randomly but according to their specific functions since the reliable data must come from reliable sources because the trustworthiness and accuracy of the data depend on the credibility of its origin. Why not involve organizations of the specific job groups since there is existing and who has a thorough knowledge of the situation. For the reliable sources are typically free from bias, can provide evidence, and come from experts or reputable organizations, ensuring the information is accurate, well-reasoned, and can be substantiated.
How can Accountant I be represented by School Librarian, the Senior Bookkeepers of IUs be represented by Senior Bookkeepers of Non-IUs, the Cashier I be represented by Registrar if they are not in the foot of those? This is just an example of the respondents randomly chosen by BHROD, but there's no Accountant I, no Cashier I, No identification if SB comes from IUs, from Non-IUs or from Central Schools. Do they really know what they are doing or just taking their tasks for granted. Are these respondents prepared for their responses to the possible questions or will they just answer yes to the prior formulated script that will be provided to them.
With these, will the output be credible and reliable? It is now cluster 2 and I doubt it!

Dear Friends,
With great sadness, the National DepEd Bookkeepers Association extends our deep sympathy and prayers to the bereaved family of the Senior Bookkeeper of Saravia National High School in the Division of South Cotabato, Maam Jenny Alaza Marmonejo-Carmelo, who joined our creator last October 19, 2025.
Her dedication in her school assignment will be greatly missed. May her soul rest in peace as she is reunited right now with our Creator.
May God's perpetual light shine upon her.
During this time of grief, may her bereaved family find solace in the knowledge that Jenny's legacy of faith and service lives on in the hearts of those she inspired. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you navigate through this loss.

Kung sino man ang may gawa nito, napakatalino mo naman. Kailangan ng e revise ang Organizational and Staffing Standards for DECS Schools Divisions, Elementary and Secondary Schools na ginawa pa noong May 1997 dahil obsolete na ito, pero ikaw ginawa mo copy paste lang. Kung ganito ba naman eh mapapamura ka talaga. Mukhang tulog ka pa sa kangkungan. Masyado naman yata napagod ang utak nito sa kakaisip kung anong magandang structures na hindi obsolete.

Just a reminder to DepEd Central Office Key Representatives for the Validation Workshop of School Organizational Structure and Staffing Standards:
1. The need to revise the structure should be addressed and resolved because if not, it will just create an additional issue that needs to be resolved again. This happens to RAT Plan of SDO and RO wherein after a year, there's a need to add another item since it was not included.
2. I hope you also represent a school since you are working for the school structures, this is for you to fully understand and discuss matters regarding the school structures with regards to its needs, and not your respective offices.
3. The new structures should revise the old structures. Not just for compliance that you have accomplished something, but to scrutinize carefully each position and its functions and the accompanying compensation equivalent to the positions.
4. For example in the Division and RO level, the Accountant II becomes Accountant III and so on. This is an example of revision and not an addition. What is asked is to revise the current structure and not to just add what is not necessary and will not address the problem.
5. Good luck to your workshop, it's 2 days, so long enough if you already know what's the issue in the field, we did ours in just less than 4 hours.

Maraming Salamat po PBBM at OPCCB for your intervention at gumagawa na ng hakbang ang DepEd CO. Kung hindi dahil sa inyo, puro lang sila g**o, yun lang ang alam nilang nasa school. Sila lang naman talaga ang hinihintay kasi matagal na kaming nagbigay ng aming position paper.
2019 - Reclassification to SADAS1
2022 - Reclassification to ADASIV
2022 - Strengthens justification for Reclass to SADAS1
2024 - Restructuring of School Staffing Standards with SB to School Finance Specialist (Proposed New Position Title & SG, Unique Item for School).
Matagal na pong nasa kamay ng DepEd ang mga proposal na ito. Kailangan na lang po nilang basahin at intindihin. Kami na po ang gumawa ng justification. Mas maganda din kung bumaba kayo sa field para malaman nyo ang tunay na sitwasyon. I doubt kung itong mga Central Office Key Representatives ay alam ang tunay na kalagayan sa mga IUs.
Ang nakakapagtaka, hindi daw pwede ang reclass kasi wala sa current structure, eh bakit ang AO2 wala naman sa structures pero nasa plantilla na ngayon, eh wala pa naman bagong structure. Ang kailangan lang naman talaga dyan, willingness ng mga key personnel ng CO.
