DRUG TESTING SCHEDULE
TO ALL NEW STUDENTS FOR 2nd SEMESTER A.Y. 2021-2022
PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED DRUG TEST ON:
March 14 , 2022 ONWARDS.
A GENERATED MAIL WAS SENT TO YOUR PROVIDED EMAIL ADDRESSES WITH THE CORRESPONDING INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR SCHEDULE AND REFERRAL FORM.
KINDLY CHECK YOUR INBOX FOLDER OR SPAM FOLDER FOR OUR EMAIL.
PRINT OUT THE EMAIL WHICH WILL PRESENT AS YOUR DRUG TEST REFERRAL FORM TO THE DRUG TESTING CENTER. ALSO, PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE DRUG TEST FORM MUST BE DOWNLOADED AND FILLED UP PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED DATE.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT ON THE TIME INDICATED ON THE SCHEDULE WE'VE EMAILED.
The guidelines of the stated requirement are as follows:
1. Fill out the downloaded form completely before going to the drug testing center.
2. Follow your scheduled date and time. You're only allowed to stay at the testing center for 15 minutes.
3. Each applicant under the age of 21 years old must be accompanied by his parent or guardian.
4. Please bring any of your valid i.d.
5. No face mask, no face shield, no drug test
NOTE: Applicants who will present their Drug Test Referral form will be free of charge from the Drug Testing Center.
Existing drug test results from other drug testing centers are ratified and must be emailed to our official email address ([email protected]). The said test results must be in span of within six (6) months prior to the date of submission to be considered valid.
The Policarpio Drug Testing Center is located at Mahogany Avenue, Maharlika West Tagaytay City. (Beside the Rising Star Gasoline Station).

Here are the updates for your screening and other procedures for College Admission 2nd Semester 2021 - 2022
• For School of Business and Management Applicants
(BSBA - Marketing Management, BSBA - Human Resource Development Management, and BS Office Administration)
1. Check your email for updates regarding screening schedule and guidelines.
2. Fill out personal information sheet attached to the email.
3. Add fb page "SBM JENG" for more details.
• For School of Computer Studies Applicants
(BS Information Technology, and BS Computer Science)
Kindly check your facebook notifications for fb group invitations (FB Group Name: SCHOOL OF COMPUTER STUDIES_...). SCS interview link will be sent to your facebook messenger account. On your schedule, open the link and wait for the administrator’s approval. Once accepted, kindly read the instructions and guidelines for the interview.
• For School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Applicants
(BS Hospitality Management, and BS Tourism Management)
Kindly check your provided email address for updates regarding your screening schedule. An email was sent to you by the SHTM chairs, enclosing your scheduled date of interview, and a fill up form for your personal information. All necessary details and guidelines are attached to the email
• For School of Education Applicants
(BSE – English, BSE – Mathematics, BSE – Filipino, and BSE – Social Studies)

CCT SCHOOL OF EDUCATION.
Send a soft copy of your report card, TOR, or Certificate of Rating, and a 2x2 picture in proper attire, and in plain white background to this gmail account [email protected]. SED’s Assessment Team has sent to your individual email addresses the PERSONAL INFORMATION SHEET in google form and the Interview Guidelines. Please accomplish the form and e-mail it back before the date of your interview.
Screening period is on January 31, 2022 up until February 4, 2022 from 8:00am to 5:00pm ONLY.
During the screening, all applicants are required to wear proper attire. Make sure to have a stable internet connection. If possible, reduce unnecessary noise. Lastly, prepare a soft copy of your grades (TOR/F138 or F137) for evaluation purposes. Please be reminded that your availability on the scheduled interview is a MUST. Should you miss the virtual interview, we will proceed to the next qualified applicant.
