Bakery Operations | Grade 11 – Pythagoras

The Grade 11 Pythagoras learners showcased their baking skills through a hands-on Bread-Making Activity, creating delicious Buns with Milk Matcha Glaze.

Under the guidance of Teacher Jake C. Princillo, the learners practiced proper dough preparation, shaping, baking, and glazing while demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and attention to quality.

A meaningful learning experience where knowledge rises, skills develop, and creativity takes shape!

As part of Project GABAY, Ma’am Ronalyn A. Pesidas shared an inspiring talk on this week’s Value Focus: Perseverance.

She reminded our learners that success does not always come easily. There will be challenges, failures, and moments when we feel like giving up—but perseverance teaches us to keep moving forward, remain determined, and never lose hope.

As we continue with our daily bag inspection under ,𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓: Tagapul-an National High School School Head Mr. Roy S. Atega personally checks and monitors the bag inspection of learners before they enter the school premises.

This initiative is part of the school’s continuing efforts to strengthen safety and security measures, prevent prohibited items from entering the campus, and ensure a safe, secure, and child-friendly learning environment for all.

Through the cooperation of our learners, teachers, personnel, parents, and stakeholders, we can work together to keep our school community safe.
