The Sultan Kudarat State University Laboratory High School is opening its application for admission test on January 5, 2024. The deadline will be on January 18, 2024.

To apply, please prepare the following documents:
1. Application form- could be secured from the Laboratory High School Guidance Office
2. Photocopy of Report Card during Grade 5 for incoming Grade 7 and during Grade 9 for incoming Grade 11.
3. Photocopy of current grades for 1st and 2nd quarter (if available). For those who do not have current report cards, please submit certificate of enrolment.

Submit these documents at the SKSU Laboratory High School Guidance Office for evaluation. If the submitted documents met the admission standards, applicants must pay the testing fee amounting of 300 pesos for incoming grade 7 and 350 pesos for incoming grade 11.
Applicants must return the photocopy of receipts at the registrar to be marked as registered applicants.
All registered applicants will be posted on January 18, 2024. Only registered applicants will be allowed to take the test in the schedule below.
The ELCOM (for incoming grade 7) will be administered on January 20, 2024 (Saturday).
The RSHT (for incoming grade 11) will be administered on January 21, 2024 (Sunday).
No walk-in applicants during the date of testing.
